On Sunday The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission through its Chairperson Wafula Chebukati announced the disappearance of the Assistant Director of ICT in-charge of BvR kits. The commission’s chair announced that together with the police they had launched a search.

We all know that TRM has a 24 – CCTV cameras which should have given fine details as to when, how and who parked the car. However those details have not been given by the police. Fundamentally we know who’s compromising the police from doing a professional Job.
Question where’s Mr Chris Msando?
Was He truly abducted and what was the intention of the kidnapping?
The United States satellite GPRS network has located Mr Msando some few meters a way from State House Nairobi, in highly secured compound, both in air and land. That compound has an addition of 50 IT experts, who have been burning midnight oil in the past 48 hours.
The US Intel has confirmed that Mr Msando was not kidnapped, it was a scheme hatched by powerful Government officials to rig Next week’s elections. The Intel managed to secure satellite learn communication systems that Mr Msando is training not less than 50 IT experts hired by Jubilee to study IEBC’s IT system which include sharing the commission’s BvR passwords to the team leader.
The training is likely to continue until late Thursday or Friday Morning. Part of the training requirement will be testing the bio-metric kits, which as per the program is to be done on Thursday.

News can reveal from its sources that Mr Msando will be released on Thursday Night or Early Friday Morning after successfully training Jubilee’s 50 IT experts on the 2017 BvR kits and that as per the plan he’s to be dumped in already identified and secured place. The lady to identify him as ”unknown African man(UAM)” has been identified also.
Questions like is the commission aware of these dirty scheme cannot be answered at this point but our sources can reveal that some individual commissioners are aware of the scheme by and large.

All along I was communicating with him; and he assured me that he will wait for him.
He then asked me to send him my details via what's app - which I did.
By the time I got to his office at almost 1am, he was still waiting for me!

When I asked him why he waited for me and why he couldn't delegate to his deputy or any of the many ICT officers under him; he answered me that 

1) he is the only one with the passwords for any changes to be made in their ICT system.
2) He was going to a workshop out of town the next morning so this was the only time he could do it.
3) His fingerprints are the only ones that one can use to access the ICT system. Without his fingerprints no change can be made.
He jokingly told me that his hands and fingerprints are the most important in the country - as they are literally the keys to everything in the August 8 elections; & that he would insure them if he could!
Now that his body has been recovered, badly tortured and hands (plus of course fingerprints) missing, i shudder to think of what info may have been extracted from him during the torture, where his hands are, & what damage his fingerprints can do especially if well preserved.

Panicky Uhuruto order high-level military transfers following Raila’s explosive revelations on election malfeasance.

Jubilee leaders have ordered transfers in senior military positions following damning revelations by NASA’s Raila Odinga that security forces were being embedded by Uhuru Kenyatta into the electoral process with ulterior motives.

The orders were issued to a shocked Chief of Defence Forces General Samson Mwathethe‎ by Deputy President William Ruto in a phone call via the encrypted state hotline on Friday morning.
By Friday, evening at least half a dozen Senior KDF officers based at Lanet and of ethnicity from perceived NASA strongholds were redeployed to different less prominent stations around the country. We have withheld names of the officers to protect their identities and their safety.

Ruto who was acting on behalf of his boss who is the CinC insisted the transfers had to be done immediately since Raila’s past statements indicated he had infiltrated KDF and was receiving intelligence from government sourcea. Ruto told a perturbed Mwathethe that Raila had seriously undermined the administration’s plans to manipulate the upcoming general elections using security agencies.

Sources say the shocking revelations by Raila were discussed at a high level security meeting chaired by Uhuru and which came against the backdrop of deep suspicion that the officers who were transferred were responsible for leaking classified information to the NASA Coalition.

The classified information has since been shared with strategic foreign embassies based in Kenya even as further leaks reveal that training of a special unit of KDF commandos is going on at a secret location in Marigat ahead of a secret deployment at the end of the month.. Our sources reveal these recruits will be absorbed into the IEBC as Jubilee’s counter-intelligence agents.

Anxiety and panic has gripped Jubilee power barons after the NIS poll showed that Raila is headed for a first round victory with between 55-60% of votes cast. The involvement of security agents in the electoral process is meant to work toward forcing a run off which eliminates the need for 50 plus 1 in the second round as all possible scenarios have shown Uhuru cannot garner voted to attain a 50 plus 1 victory at the elections.

The commandant GSU has confirmed none of his officer manning the DP's home was injured or killed. Chris got lost;
1. Sources say he was abducted while leaving his office at 10:30pm

2. IEBC reported his missing state and police couldn't trace his location or his car.

3. Moses Kuria mysteriously out of the blues post a photo of his car, claiming Chris is an idiot who is locked in some house with a side kick.

4. His body found at city mortuary with no police records, who brought the body at the mortuary, who received the body at the mortuary (Of course, I can spare s(he) because any word will see his/her life gone), at what time was the body brought in?

5. Who are the policemen who found the body in the forest?
6. What were they doing in the forest? Hunting antelope, wild birds, honey or protecting the forest?

7. How was his car found in Roysambu at night, who was driving it through CCTV cameras along our roads down there and his body is in Kikuyu down deep in the forest?

8. Who is the woman killed alongside him? Do they work together? How did they end up together in the forest and not at work place?

9. How did Moses Kuria know that he was with a woman in Roysambu and took a photo with his car?

10. Last but not least, Kenyans you have a very BIG decision to make on 8/8.
The choice is yours. Am literally shading tears in a restaurant, as per now, I don't know if I should be proud of my country, run away to some country and abandon my mother land. Am totally confused.

Either way, they will make sure there is a new ICT manager to share password ( probably the one who had been suspended and reinstated under mysterious circumstances).

By sharing one server, they can change figures at the final streaming. So they can keep 'him' above 51% then declare him president within few hours. Security forces will then be deployed.

They want to intercept results before they are reflected at Bomas, edit then channel to IEBC server.
The 2013 hackers are defeated. That's why they chopped his hands."
