SO these people want to rig elections by sharing a server with IEBC, the only option.
The Msando ICT guy is the one who has security passwords up there. That's why he was kidnapped. There are two possibilities here: they got the password and killed him, or he refused and was killed.
Either way, they will make sure there is a new ICT manager to share password ( probably the one who had been suspended and reinstated under mysterious circumstances).
By sharing one server, they can change figures at the final streaming. So they can keep 'him' above 51% then declare him president within few hours. Security forces will then be deployed.
They want to intercept results before they are reflected at Bomas, edit then channel to IEBC server.
